Return Policy

Safa Gallery is committed to satisfying its customers and will gladly accept returns from customers who are unsatisfied with their order upon receipt. However, Safa Gallery must first approve returns via email and be given 72 hours to correct any issue before a full return of the purchase price is processed. Returned merchandise received without prior written approval from Safa Gallery via email will be refused. Originally paid postage will never be returned.

No returns on items shipped internationally and no returns on worn merchandise or festival/exhibition purchases.

The total cost of the purchase will be returned if a return is requested within the first 14 days after purchase is received. No returns are allowed after 14 days.

The customer is responsible for the return cost of the merchandise unless they intend to exchange for a new or different item. In this case, the customer will be notified and a return shipping label will be emailed directly to the customer. All contents of the original packaging must be included for the return to be completed. If the cost of merchandise is to be refunded, please 3-14 days to complete the return transaction.

Shipping USA

Safa Gallery directly ships to all 50 United States and its territories via FedEx for a flat rate per order. Orders are processed and shipped within 2-7 days of the order date Monday through Friday (unless they are customized orders). If merchandise is out of stock the customer will be contacted directly by email and informed of their options.

Customized or Wholesale orders ship within 1-2 weeks of payment and arrive in 7-14 days from the ship date. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

Sales Tax

All purchases made by Maryland residents will be taxed at a rate of 6.0% in compliance with Maryland tax law.

Product Details

All Safa Gallery products are handmade and subject to slight variants in color, stitching, etc. They are also subject to slight design imperfections. Those with slight design imperfections not resulting in lack of merchantability as determined by the retailer will not be available for return.
